In the wake of a communiqué, the Peruvian Football Federation announced that Alianza Lima will dispute the Liga1 Betsson from the third league. While Carlos Stein tends to play League 2.

– The Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) states that complying with the Law issued by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS) on March 17, 2021, the Junta Directive decided to establish a Special Commission to which it delegated the attributions necessary for the execution of the arbitral award derived from the appeal lodged by the Club Lianza Lima against the FPF and the Football Association Carlos Stein.
– This committee has decided that in full the integration and mediation of Laudo in mención and that it is public knowledge, the club Alianza Lima will defend the League 1 Betsson 2021 in place of the Association of Football Club Carlos Stein to take part in League 3, de Fútbol Profesional (LFP) programs the matches not disputed by Alianza Lima during the championship in course.
