Looks like Thanos might make a return to Fortnite at some point in the future. While by no means a guarantee, new information has recently emerged linking the ever-popular multiplayer shooter that could plague the advent of the Mad Titan. That said, these details may also completely point to the arrival of a new character.
Recently discovered in the code of Fortnite, one data miner found that a new animation for an extra large male character skin was recently added to the game. The way it’s connected to Thanos is because the popular Marvel villain was previously the only character in the history of Fortnite which has ever been listed as an XL sheet in the game code. The fact that an XL sheet of some kind appeared in the code again indicates that Thanos may return.

As mentioned before, however, there is a chance that this animation could be linked to something completely different. Simply because Thanos was the only XL character in Fortnite so far this does not mean that it will be so forever. What we can see here is the teasing of a new character of the same size as Thanos who is on his way to Fortnite in short order.
That being said, take what has been said here with the usual grain of salt. While this is usually a good source of information about future events, there are instances where information that has arisen from data mining leads to something in the game in question.
