Fortnite gold artifact guide: where three gold artifacts can be found near the towers

Fortnite Season 6 has arrived and there are new challenges to tackle, such as hunting and taming wildlife, as well as producing survival items. As always, challenges are the fastest way to upgrade your new Fortnite Season 6 Battle Pass. In this guide we show you everything you need to know about where to find Golden Artifacts near The Spire, which is a new spot for season 6.

Where to find gold artifacts near the towers

There are three gold artifacts you must find, though you can do so over several rounds.

Of course you want to land at The Spire first. This is the new place in the middle of the map, where the Zero Point once was. Go to the southeast corner of the main building in this area shown here.

Go up the stairs and around the wall on your left. Under your tent sits your first Golden Artifact, a gilded bust of a Loot Llama.

Turn off from there and go back to the door you entered, but this time rather go up the stairs. Go inside the door at the top of the stairs and straight ahead to find Golden Artifact # 2 in the corner. It has the shape of Meowscles as a hula-dancing bubble head.

Now turn around again and go back to the door you entered, immediately go up the outside stairs, to a covered area and to the farthest point where another door leads you out again. Run one last step straight up and turn left to find a walled wall.

Break through that wall and you will find your third and final Golden Artefact, another bust of a Loot Llama.

With all three gold artifacts, you complete the Fortnite Challenge and earn 24K XP for Fortnite Season 6.

If you have been following the Fortnite story closely, you will know that the season is the culmination of an important storyline focusing on the Zero Crisis. As part of this, players will work with Jones to deal with the impending explosion of Zero Point. To do so will draw players crooked, one of which is the surprising addition of Lara Croft of Tomb Raider. Of course, the new chapter also brings a lot of new content and changes to the game.
