Louis Nix, a former defensive line for the Giants who survived a shooting in December, was reported missing by his mother.

Nix left his father’s Jacksonville, Florida, home around 10 a.m. Tuesday and is not back. according to a poster of a missing person shared on social media.

Nix’s mother told Action News Jacksonville that she believes her son is in danger because “It’s extraordinary for him.”

She said she could not call him because the voicemail was full and people he spoke to daily did not hear from him. [which is] not like him. ”

Nix was shot during an attempted robbery while sitting in the tire of his vehicle at a gas station in Jacksonville in December.

Nix’s mother said she did not think it was related to the previous shooting, and that since then Nix “did not want to go anywhere and kept an eye on his surroundings.”

The Jacksonville sheriff had no further information on Nix’s status when The Post reached it.

Anyone with information about Nix’s location is asked to call the Jacksonville sheriff, according to the poster of the missing person.

The 29-year-old Notre Dame product was developed in 2014 by the Texans. He played in four games in the 2015 Giants after being sued for pardon, but was cut off before the 2016 season began.
