The District Attorney’s Office (ADN) has announced the suspension of the Reyes Magos Parade that each year is organizing the Bomberos Corps to recruit children.
The motion was adopted to supplement the dispositions contained in Decree 740-20, issued by President Luis Abinader to monitor the contingents of Covid-19.
“Debate the provisions established in decree 740-20 issued by @presidenciard, which suspended the traditional parade of the Reyes Magos that realizes ours @bomberosdn”, indicates a letter published by the DNA and the Bomberion of the District of Bomberion.
It is the first time that there is a register, that this tradition, which was completed on its 73rd anniversary, is suspended.
Last year, nineteen-year-olds and adults joined the Bombers General of the National District, in order to take part in the traditional parade and in this way to get to Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar.
