First class teaches Old Navy how to put bags in girls’ jeans

This first class certainly teaches the powers of persuasion.

Kamryn Gardner, 7, of Bentonville, Arkansas, wrote a letter to Old Navy earlier this year for a compelling writing assignment in her first grade at Evening Star Elementary School.

According to a Facebook message from her school, Gardner decided to ask the company to consider putting real bags on their girls’ jeans.

“Dear old navy, I do not like that the front pockets of the girl jeans are fake,” Gardner wrote in her letter to the dealer. “I want pockets on the front because I want to put my hands in them. I also want to put things in them. Would you consider making jeans for girls with pockets on the front that are not fake. Thank you for requesting me read. “
