Who is Alfredo Martinez Serrano?
Following the web page of the Real Casa, Alfredo is licensed in Derecho by the Universities of Oviedo and Pisa. Holds a Master’s Degree in European Union from the University of Brussels and participates in a public management program for IESE leadership.
As part of his diplomatic career, he served as Chief of Staff in the Cabinet of Ministers of External Affairs and the Second Embassy of Spanish Embassies in Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, El Salvador and Egypt.
