The Puerto Rican Federal Tax Attorney, Stephen Muldrow, has been accused of committing fraud in the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program (PUA, by its seal in English) by communicating with federal authorities and avoiding major consequences.
During a press conference led to details about a series of arrests of people to commit fraud in the government program, Muldrow also invited anyone who knew of a similar scheme to make the proposal.
