During the navide time, the operations of Aduanas and Fronteriza Protection (CBP) of the United States of America in Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands reiterate today, March, its alert to the consumer about counterfeit and pirated products sold on the Internet.

At the national level, for the fiscal year 2020, CBP confiscated 26,503 items that contain violaban intellectual property rights. The total value of the fallen property, if any, is genuine, in this case 1.3 million dollars.
The CBP Campaign Operations Officer in San Juan confiscated 2,443 items that contain good that violate the intellectual property rights imposed by the manufacturer (MSRP) estimated at MSRP of 46 million dollars.
