The product appears to be the only home test available on Amazon so far. The e-commerce giant also cannot predict whether there will be more tests available.
The test, which has been approved for use by both individuals with and without symptoms of COVID-19, comes at a price. While a single package costs $ 110, consumers will cost $ 1,000 for a set of 10.

Consumers can still be tested for free at health centers and select pharmacies nationwide. As the situation gets worse and the lines outside clinics to be tested longer, some may pay extra for the safety and convenience of a home test.
Before the holiday, residents across the country waited for hours to visit only clinics, further proving that the country’s testing system could not keep up with the virus.

The price for the DxTerity package includes prepaid express shipping and laboratory PCR testing, according to the list. The results of the test are said to be available within 24 to 72 hours after the laboratory has received the sample.
Amazon, however, is not alone in its efforts.
Walmart and Sam’s Club have also expanded a range of home coronavirus home kits online that also cost a fair penny.
