Paris Saint-Germain fans create a hostile atmosphere as they prepare to welcome Barcelona to the French capital.
Ronald Koeman‘s team will travel to Paris this midweek for the second match of their Champions League final 16 draw, which they have already battled out 4-1 to PSG.
Over the weekend, PSG ultrasonic torches and reveal banners insulting Barcelona and even Gerard Peak‘s wife, Shakira.
‘Shakira to La Jonquera’, reads one banner referring to the famous brothels near Girona which are regularly visited by the French across the border.
This is not the first time Shakira is the subject of harassment by supporters of the opposition. Espanyol fans are known to sing sudden songs about her at matches.
“Barcelona is not welcome, ”reads another banner in Paris, with the relationship between the two clubs not very healthy.
