“What does it mean?” he asked with a smile in a clip shared on Twitter.
“It means cutting off a relationship if you do not think the other person is serious enough about social distance and taking the pandemic seriously,” explained interviewer Margaret Talev. “Like oh, I got that man Fauci.”

Amused, Fauci smiles and declares, “I’m going to be your Fauci!”
On a more serious note, the infectious disease expert later explained that he has empathy with anyone seeking love during this time.
“It will be really frustrating to essentially isolate yourself at a time when you are trying to explore social interactions with people,” he told Axios. “It leads to a considerable amount of stress and maybe even depression from some people.”
The Dan David Foundation of Israel announced on Monday that it will award Fauci one of three $ 1 million prizes for “defending science” and campaigning for the rapid administration of vaccines in the global fight against COVID-19.
