Chase and United Airlines have a credit card agreement for both personal and small business cards. Well, today is the the New United Quest℠ Card was launched, and I am very impressed with the value proposition of this card.
United Quest Card offers up to 100 km
As part of a limited initial offer valid for applications until 2 June 2021, the United Quest Card offer up to 100,000 MileagePlus bonus miles:
- Earn 80,000 MileagePlus Mileage Bonuses After Spending $ 5,000 Within Three Months
- Earn an extra 20,000 MileagePlus Mile bonus after spending an additional $ 5,000 within six months
In other words, if you spend $ 10,000 within six months, you could earn 100,000 MileagePlus bonus miles.
Please note that you are eligible for this offer, even if you have other United brand credit cards. The only people who are not eligible are those who have had the United Quest Card (which should not be many people, as the card has literally just been introduced). The typical Chase application rules apply, including the 5/24 rule.

United Quest Card Benefits
The United Quest Card offers some particularly valuable benefits, which can quickly justify the $ 250 annual fee:
- Receive a United States Purchase Credit of $ 125 – the first $ 125 United purchases each card year member pays on your card are automatically reimbursed
- Receive up to 10,000 miles back on awards – Receive 5000 miles back in your MileagePlus account after taking a United charter flight booked with you up to twice a year
Earn MileagePlus-mile bonus when you redeem miles
In other words, if you spend at least $ 125 a year on United, and if you redeem miles for a one-time price at United only once, you get $ 125 and 10,000 MileagePlus miles, which I appreciate for more than the annual fee of $ 250.

The United Quest Card has no foreign transaction fees and offers the following return on spending:
- Earn 3x miles on United purchases
- Earn 2x miles on all travel and dining purchases
- Earn 1x Mile On All Other Purchases
While there are other cards that are compelling in the travel and dining categories, these are some of the broadest bonus categories I have seen on a fellow brand card.

Bottom line
The United Quest Card is the third personal card in the Chase & United series, and I think it’s the most rewarding yet. Although the annual fee of $ 250 may seem high on the face of it, the $ 125 annual United credit should get you half the value back. Then there are the up to 10,000 miles you can earn per year if you redeem miles, along with all the other benefits.
Add the welcome bonus up to 100,000 MileagePlus miles, and it’s a spectacular product.
