Long time Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak found himself in hot water after Monday’s performance for mocking a contestant. Sajak has recently come under fire among fans for his unique style of condescending comedy, which according to some is too convivial.
During the launch of the player, Sajak mimicked contestant Chris Brimble’s speech impediment. Brimble has a lisp. After describing what he does to live, instead of saying, “I see,” Sajak said, “I, you.”
While the joke got some laughs from production members and contestants outside of camera, some fans did not laugh. Several viewers chose Twitter to share their dismay and disappointment over Sajak’s comments.

Despite being teased, it seemed like Brimble was having a good time and even went home with a nice little change. Although he did not advance the bonus puzzle, he still won $ 12,250. He even earned some Twitter guardians along the way.
