Fan-made Apex Legends anime intro looks amazing and Respawn dev agrees

Respawn Entertainment once again swung the banhammer and banned some of Apex Legends’ top players in another wave.

Just like in other battle royals, scammers can get wild in Apex Legends, though Respawn does their best to erase the problems.

Usually these cheats come in the form of aimbots and wallhacks, and although they can be found in normal public games, there are a few players who decide to take the plunge and play the hacks in the rankings.

Recently, two of the best players in the rankings of the game were spotted as cheaters after Resorwn’s security chief, Conor Ford, or RSPN_Hideouts, was banned. And now he’s back with another bunch of bans on fraudsters.

Some Apex Legends players use cheats to gain the upper hand over their opponents.

On January 30, the Respawn security leader tweeted that he was again at the tail of deceivers, and some of the deceivers he was after this time on Platinum and higher in Apex’s Rated Leagues.

‘I’m jumping ahead tonight to clean house. “I have about 240 people who have platinum, and up there will be banned and monitored most of the night,” he posted.

The announcement that he was swinging the banhamer elicited many positive answers, as well as questions. One fan asked if it was for all regions, to which Hideouts gave a simple answer of yes.

At the time of writing, it’s a little hard to know who’s banned. None of the pros have called anyone as before, so it’s probably a group of unimportant players.

Prohibition of fraudsters is obviously welcomed by the community and is a positive step to clear the game. But it is difficult to eradicate them completely. At the end of the day, despite all the work of Hideouts, if fraudsters want to cheat, they will probably find a way to do so.
