The Special Court for Peace (JEP), the Transitional Criminal Tribunal for Judging the most serious crimes committed during the armed conflict in Colombia, entered in 2002 and 2008 with more than 6,400 victims of “false positives” and “false positives” with the knowledge of civilian assimilations by military personnel for presenters such as combatants in combat.
