Christopher Plummer, one of the most sought after Canadian actors, went bankrupt at his home in Connecticut (United States), at the age of 91.

Here’s the announcement of his manager and friend Lou Pitt in an emotional message: “Chris was an extraordinary man who loved and deeply respected his profession with great modalities, full of humor and always with beautiful words for all”, commented.
“It is a national treasury that will always presume its Canadian races. Through its arts and humanity, it has touched our hearts and its living legend will endure for the generations to come. It will always be with us”.
