Some say the video was taken after the Balanagar-Jeedimetla substructure flying to Hyderabad collapsed, others say it’s a recent incident in Uttar Pradesh.
India Today Anti Fake News War Room (AFWA) found the allegations along with the video to be misleading. This is a 2018 video of a construction under construction that collapsed in Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh.

AFWA investigation
Using the InVID tool and appropriate keywords, we found that the video by various news reports in 2018.
According to a report published by NDTV, the incident occurred on May 16, 2018, when two pillars of a substructure in Varanasi’s cantonal area collapsed.
About 19 people were killed and many injured after several cars and a local bus crashed under the concrete pillars. A video report on the incident by ‘The fifth”Can be seen below.
A report by ‘The Times of IndiaOn 28 July 2018, eight people, including engineers from UP Bridge Corporation and a contractor, were arrested in connection with the incident.
While the video went viral on February 24, the official Twitter handles of Telangana Police, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority and Telangana urban development secretary Arvind Kumar tweeted to confirm that such an incident did not occur in Hyderabad.

We also could not find any recent report of a sub-plant collapsing in Uttar Pradesh. Therefore, it is clear that the video in question is almost three years old and is not recent.
