The quote seems to be a confusing version of the famous quote: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him a lifetime.”

The reports show that Biden is portrayed as confused, incoherent or unintelligent.

While some users comment and claim that the messages are satire, other comments on the messages are as follows: “Words spoken from a dementia.” .. ”.
