The caption on the screenshot reads: “Biden admin to seize farm equipment, ‘stored food’ in terms of the new agricultural licensing policy”. This is followed by: “The future of agriculture is an extreme concern”.

A search for the title of the article on the Fox News website returns no results and the article is not listed under the author’s work that appears in the screenshot here.

Fox News confirmed to Reuters in an email that the image in the claim was an edited screenshot of a Fox News page.
