Evo Morales cantó victoria en primera vuelta en cinco departments, pero el boca de urna solo le assegura dos triunfos

Bolivia’s ex-president, Evo Morales, this Monday celebrated the MAS ‘triumph in “five departments” in the first instance in the regional elections of the Domingo, stating that the ballot box will have a result that will not allow for any scenario.
