The most credible Assassin’s Creed rumor dates from 2017, and it indicates that the series will visit China soon. Redditor nstav13 noted that one of the assassins in the images has two dao-swords on their backs, which have been popular weapons through centuries of Chinese history. Assassin’s Creed 2021: Japan Location Leakage

A March 4 post demanded the following Killer’s Confession of Faith game will take place in Japan during the Edo period, between 1693 and 1868. This leak also claimed that it would be around a female protagonist, with no option to change gender, and that it would be the title “Assassin’s Creed Warrior. “It sounds a little too generic to be a name, but if this rumor is legal, it could be a code name, like”Ragnarok“It seems to be in early 2020. The report also said that the story of the new game will be strongly inspired by Japanese mythology and will have spirits and demons to fight.
