Estos son los 26 pueblos donde cerrarán playas y balnearios ante Orden Ejecutiva municipale

The Alcaldes Association has announced that the 41 first-time executive executives are implementing a Unified Executive Order with COVID-19 mayors prior to the announcement by Governor Pedro Pierluisi.

En dicha Orden Ejecutiva que aplicará a los municipios con alcaldes populares, institlecen el cierre de playas, balnearios, cayos e islotes.

This ordinance applies to the following 26 municipalities:

Mayagüez, Rincón, Aguada, Aguadilla, Isabela, Quebradillas, Hatillo, Arecibo, Barceloneta, Vega Baja, Dorado, Toa Baja, Carolina, Loíza, Río Grande, Luquillo, Naguabo, Yabucoa, Guayama, Arroyo, Salinas, Santa Isabel, Juana Dana , Ponce, Peñuelas y Guánica.

The Executive Order established by the municipalities will enter into force today, Wednesday, and will be in effect until 30 April.

Otras disposises que aplican and todos los 41 municipios son:

  • Municipal employees and offices of Gobierno deben move a virtual modalad and and aquellas labor no esenciales. Those who do not work hard, and who are not able to work remotely, are proceeding with a dispute over the accumulation of compensation time, as the first instance, or the accumulated vacation license.
  • Details on retail and retail centers deben bevorder systems of reception and entry.
  • No exemptions or permits for any type of social activity.
  • Cancellation of all municipal activity and the use of public and communal spaces, which provide for the agglomeration of persons, festivals, carnivals, tournaments, retreats, among others.

For the time being, the token decreed by the governor continues in all municipalities along with the rest of the dispositions.
