ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith calls Steelers a ‘shame’ after the loss to the Browns

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Shock is likely on both sides of the Steelers-Browns result Sunday night. But depending on which side of the fence you are on, a sense of surprise was accompanied by joy or anger.

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith was full of disgust. Smith took to Twitter during the Browns’ stunning 48-37 victory over the Steelers.

“I’m sick of my stomach over these Steelers,” Smith wrote. “What a shame.”

Smith was not the only member of the ESPN crew to have an opinion on the game. Analyst and former Steeler Ryan Clark chatted with fans on Twitter that night.

At one point, Clark tweeted, “It was too ugly to be a return … I’ll call within a second of work.” But Clark eventually showed some love to the Browns.

‘The Browns played very well under [some] difficult circumstances, ”Clark wrote. “It simply came to our notice then. The Steelers did not give it to them. It was great. ”

And no, Clark did not start working.
