The Secretariat of Justice Domingo Emanuelli Hernández and the Tax Officer of the District of Aguadilla José Aldebol Colón, informed that the judge Juan M. Guzmán Escobar of the Tribunal of the First Instance of Aguadilla, determined probable cause for arrest against Edwin Soto Medina fijándole una fianza de $ 25,000.
The investigation of this case was carried out by the tax authorities José I. Rivera Loperena in coordination with the Agent Mónica Ubiñas of the Division of Sexual Offenses Aguadilla. The charges will be taken between the months of June and September 2019 in Aguada, when the tax will be reduced due to the misappropriation of minors on multiple occasions separately.

Soto Medina is charged with the liability of Article 133 of the Lascivos Penal Code of Puerto Rico.
