Emma Coronel Aispuro, by Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, renouncing his right to a preliminary hearing and todavia has not been found guilty of the charges against him.

Coronel has assisted in the case of the “El Chapo” trial, which since its release in July 2019 has been reached by far in the maximum security ADX prison in Colorado.

Although a preliminary hearing was not unusual, Coronel filed charges against the late 2011 offenders in “Mexico and other cities”, following the criminal conviction that led to his arrest warrant.
The revelations of his arrest have caused controversy, but Mexican and state authorities’ documents show Coronel’s failed intentions for one of the last days of his death, “El Chapo”, during his arrest in 2016.
