Authorities convene a man who decides to enter the sea in the area of Loíza, ahead of the oil spill warning for the northern part of Puerto Rico.
“In Loíza we need to orient a person to the water of the water, because we do not want to get in the water. There is a potential culprit in these two days, ”said Nino Correa, Intermediate Commissioner of the State Manual of Emergencies and Disaster Administration.
“In principle, the person reacts badly, but when the partner takes action, he graces and sighs,” Correa commented on the person’s reaction when he took the water from the water.
While visiting the Secretariat of the Department of Public Safety (DSP), Alexis Torres will play Saturday to orient the people who do not enter the sea.
