The 49-year-old CEO of SpaceX and Tesla revealed this detail with a candid family portrait he shared Twitter Monday Morning.
In the photo, Musk is holding his son X AE A-XII with his girlfriend, the Canadian recording artist Grimes (32). Their ten-month-old looks particularly interested in a bouquet of flowers while wearing sunglasses while looking at them.

Musk’s two-word heading simply says, “Starbase, Texas.”
The tech billionaire’s tweet received more than 281,400 likes from fans and comes days after Musk said he planned to create a city called Starbase in the state of Texas.
“The creation of the city of Starbase, Texas,” he tweeted on Tuesday, March 2nd. “From there to Mars, and from there the stars.”

And Musk appears to be fully committed to shifting its business operations from California to The Lone Star State.
His company SpaceX has filed a incorporation investigation with the Cameron County Commissioners’ Court to take an interest in the survey of The Boca Chica Village – an unincorporated community near the Copernicus Shores.
“If SpaceX and Elon Musk want to follow this path, they must comply with all statutory incorporation laws,” reads a statement from Judge Eddie Treviño, jr. In Cameron County. “Cameron County will process all applicable petitions in accordance with applicable law.”

Boca Chica Village is a short distance from the SpaceX Launch Facility, SpaceX South Texas Tracking Station and SpaceX Launch Control Center located in Brownsville. It is also not far from the Stargate Technology Center of the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley, where students study advanced radio astronomy and more.
In December, Musk confirmed during a CEO summit to Wall Street Journal editor-in-chief Matt Murray that he had moved to Texas.

His move apparently stems from the frustration he had with the coronavirus shutdown orders instituted by Gavin Newsom and other local authorities.
In May, Musk’s car business Tesla has sued Alameda County, California. for the imposition of a mandate of the COVID-19 shutdown that allegedly violated state orders, but eventually the lawsuit was dropped.

“Honestly, this is the last straw. Tesla will now move its headquarters and future programs to Texas / Nevada immediately,” he said. Musk tweeted at that point. ‘If we even maintain Fremont’s manufacturing activity, it will be [dependent] about how Tesla will be treated in the future. Tesla is the last carmaker in CA. “
