Rabbit & Bear Studios has had quite a few revelations about the upcoming JRPG Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.

If you are not familiar with it, it is a spiritual successor to the Suicode franchise developed by the major original creators.

First of all, we learn that the game will be published by 505 games. Below you can read about the partnership and see a dedicated video.

‘We are pleased to announce today that we, Rabbit & Bear Studios, along with 505 Games, have been a publisher for the Eiyuden Chronicle project.

We will start a relationship with them as equals, which will enable us to control the direction and atmosphere of the game, as well as its rights.

This was only made possible thanks to all the fans who cheered us on, supported us and did so many things to make sure that the Eiyuden Chronicle Kickstarter project ended up being a huge success. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and feel that it is another victory for us to celebrate all together.

Thanks to this success, we are confident that we will be able to deliver Eiyuden Chronicle to you all at an even higher quality than we originally planned. Thank you!”

We also get the unveiling of one of the characters that will appear in the game and the “Savage Crab” monster on top of some screenshots that are currently going on.

“Dr. Corque

Occupation: The University of Carles

Gender male

Age: 57

Favorite food: Baumkuchen

This ‘spin doctor’, as he likes to call himself, has a deep love for beigoma, a game of wind-up tops. As he likes to say to Nowa and the others: “The strongest ties start with these ropes.”

He was a student of physics, and he fell in love with the elusive, unpredictable motion of a turntable. Was it possible for the will of the spinner to somehow act on top? And so dr. Corque started looking for a player who could prove his hypothesis. ”

‘Beigoma is a microcosm of the world, a map of what life should be. I’m looking for a fighter who’s worth dedicating my life to. “

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes’ campaign was launched on Kickstarter a few months ago and within two hours reached its basic founding goal and unlocked console platforms shortly thereafter. It ended with a whopping $ 4571 million, making it the third most funded game on the platform.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundreds of heroes will arrive on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and a possible next-generation Nintendo platform in the fall of 2022.

For the sake of complete disclosure, you should keep in mind that the author of this article counts among the fans of the game.
