EEUU vetoes the entry into force of a Paraguayan official accused of narcotics

The Department of State issues a communication announcing the sanction of the Paraguayan deputy Ulises Quintana, of the Republican National-Concordia-Concordia Colorado Party, debited to “his participation in important acts of corruption”.
