EA Play on PC comes to Xbox Game Pass PC and Ultimate subscribers

Electronic Arts and Microsoft are working together to bring EA Play to PC Pass subscribers. Starting March 18, at 5:00 p.m. EDT, Game Pass subscribers on computers will have free access to the full library of EA Play games, Microsoft announced Wednesday.

EA Play’s computer library has over 60 games, including Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, FIFA 20, as well as games from the Madden and Battlefield series, and the new addition of Star Wars: Squadrons. EA Play also includes monthly rewards for certain EA games, including Ultimate Team packages for FIFA, and a weapon spell for Apex Legends. Finally, EA Play members also get free trials of ten games, including FIFA 21.

To access this new content as soon as it becomes available on March 18, computer players will need to download the new EA Desktop app and sign in with an EA account – or create a new one. After that, players will be able to connect their Xbox account and access EA Play.

EA Play will be available to both Xbox Game Pass PC subscribers and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. Xbox Game Pass PC costs $ 9.99 per month and only offers access to the PC version of Game Pass, while Xbox Game Pass Ultimate costs $ 14.99 and gives players access to both the console and PC versions of the service.
