Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is not opposed to the idea of electing him president.
The WWE athlete actor spoke out again about the idea of diving into politics, after a poll claimed he had massive support from Americans who would support him for president and Matthew McConaughey as governor of Texas.
He reacted to the results on his social media accounts on Saturday, calling the public’s support ‘humble’.
“I do not think our Founding Fathers EVER suggested a six-four, naked, tattooed, half-black, half-Samoan, tequila drink, a truck driver, a subject with a guy at their club – ever happens, it will be my honor to serve you, the people, “Johnson tweeted.

This is not the first time Johnson (48) has been overwhelmed by a presidential election. Back in February, the Jumanji actor spoke to USA Today about the possibility – and he did not rule it out.
“I will consider a presidential election in the future if that is what the people want,” he said. “I really mean it, and I’m not flipping with my answer at all. It would belong to the people … so I would wait and listen.”
He further explained: “I would have my finger on the wrist, my ear to the ground.”

The actor is not known for regularly talking about politics, but violated his own protocol last year for endorsing Joe Biden as president in his first public support of a candidate.

After Biden’s victory, he shared another video on Instagram congratulating the president on his victory, acknowledging that he felt ’emotional’ when the news broke.
