Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson names a $ 7.5 million estate in Georgia

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson wants to sell his Georgia estate for $ 7.5 million, which is about $ 1.5 million less than he paid for the property in 2019, reports Mansion Global.

The “Fast & Furious” and “Moana” star listed the horse estate in the Atlanta suburbs this week.

The 45-acre property in Powder Springs houses a French provincial-style province that is more than 14,000 square feet per property. The house, built in 2003, boasts eight bedrooms, six bathrooms and three half-baths. Details include rustic finishes, wide planks of walnut floors and five stone fireplaces.

Outside, a private lake wraps around the front of the house. There is also a 12-horse stable, a riding arena with a lookout deck and a hay barn. There are also two apartments, plus a farmhouse dating from 1867 and a historic wooden cottage.

Earlier in October 2019, Johnson paid more than $ 9 million for a property owned by a company in Georgia linked to its business executives.
