Dwayne Johnson to launch ZOA Energy liquor line

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson just got another drink.

The 48-year-old actor revealed that he is going to the millions of fans of social media in the energy drink game on Monday. The drink is called ZOA Energy and will be available in March, according to a promotional video Johnson shared on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

“Ladies and gentlemen, it is our honor to introduce you to @zoaenergy,” he endorsed the video. “The first of its kind CLEAN AND HEALTHY energy drink that promotes the everyday fighter in all of us who live LIFE POSITIVE.”

ZOA Energy was developed by Johnson, his ex-wife and longtime business partner Dany Garcia, celebrity coach Dave Rienzi and Juggernaut Capital Partners founder John Shulman.

The canned beverage is made with natural caffeine derived from green coffee and green tea, according to a press release from ZOA Energy. It also reportedly contains antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients that are meant to “support immune function and increase energy levels.”

ZOA Energy will be exclusively distributed by Molson Coors Beverage Company and Molson Coors partner LA Libations. Both companies offer beverage expertise and marketing support for the new energy drink.
