Drew McIntyre recently spoke to Tyler Conway of Bleacher Report and named Cesaro the WWE superstar he would like to send to the main event.
McIntyre agreed that Cesaro should be given a push for a few years now. He also talked about a possible match with the SmackDown Superstar, and Cesaro’s current feud with Seth Rollins.
“We are watching it now. I think everyone and their dog said Cesaro [is due for a push] for about five years, and that’s true, ”McIntyre said. ‘The fact is, I’ve never been in a fight and had a fight with him. I can only see him looking at him. Usually you can just tell how good someone is when you get in with them. If I get in with him, it’s going to be so much fun.
‘But to see how he gets the opportunity to work with someone as good as Seth – and Seth is incredible – I’m excited to see where they go. If they give it the right build, Cesaro proposes in a way that emphasizes his strengths and gets to that game, it would be cool to see Cesaro break to the next level and finally have a game with Drew McIntyre. “
He continues: “Whatever happens in the end, I’m looking for the big moment with the fans.”
McIntyre also nominated the WWE Legends and Hall of Famers that would make up his super-sized pro wrestler Mount Rushmore – Ric Flair, The Undertaker, John Cena, Steve Austin, The Rock, Shawn Michaels and Triple H.

McIntyre will challenge WWE champion Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 37 next year.
