11:24 PT – Dr. Oz just outlined his life-saving heroic deeds at the airport … and that’s amazing.
Oz tells the man who collapsed had no pulse, had a horrible color and foam came out of his mouth when he started doing CPR … but things turned around when Oz was able to control the man’s airway and the defibrillator arrives there.
Dr. Oz says the defibrillator shocked the man with the highest ability possible, and it worked … essentially to bring the man back from the dead !!!
Oz tells us why he could not save the man’s life without the help of the port authority police … and our law enforcement officers confirmed that the man was 60 years old and was taken to a hospital, where no update on his condition was not.
And get it … we’re told that Oz did not tell the police that he helped exactly who he was, he just said he was a doctor.
10:39 PT – We got a picture of the medical emergency … it’s not clear if Oz is in the picture, but you can see medical personnel around the man.
Dr. Oz saved a life at Newark Airport after a man with his face dropped during the baggage claim … and the good doctor was in the right place at the right time.
Sources near Dr. Oz tells TMZ … Oz rolled the man Monday night, cleared his airway and started giving him CPR before using a defibrillator. We are told that the man has flat line and Oz shocked him again when a large crowd watched.
We are told that there were no other doctors, but there was a police officer from the port authority who helped Oz continue CPR while he cleaned the man’s airway.
It turns out the man may have had a heart attack … he recovered in a New Jersey hospital and did ‘okay’ while waiting for the test result. We are told that Oz is in a relationship with the wife of the man, who was traveling with him at the time.
