As well as confirming the provisional lists, Silvia Llorens in Albacete and Inmaculada Ballesteros in Ciudad Real will be the new deans of the Faculties of Medicine of Castile-La Mancha.
Inmaculada Ballesteros Yáñez is a doctorate in Biology specializing in Neuroscience. She is a professor contracted doctor of the Area of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Medicine of Real Ciudad.
Its lines of investigation focus on the neurochemical and neuroanatomical effects of drug abuse and the characterization of other diseases of the central nervous system.
Silvia Llorens Folgado is a doctoral student, titular professor of the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy of Albacete. Llorens invests the properties of bioactive compounds from the azafran of Castilla-La Mancha in obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
