The Dominican Republic will be the seat of the last Olympic classification classification with miras to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games (Japan), corresponding to the American Continent.
The certamen will meet elite athletes from the 29 nations that form the Panamericana Federation of Levantamiento de Pesas.
The event will take place in two frames, from the 17th to the 25th of April next to a ‘burbuja’ which will take place as the hotel Emosies Hodelpa, Juan Dolio, San Pedro de Macorís.
Details of the continental event were made by the President of the Dominican Federation of Pesas, William Ozuna, who thanked Antemano for the collaboration with the Minister of Sports, Francisco Camacho, as well as the most authoritative members of the Dominican Olympic Committee who are the chairmen of Antonio Acosta and Felipe Vicini respectively.
