The Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel) and the National Council of Telecommunications of the Republic of Haiti (Conatel) are launching a “Memorandum of Understanding”, which mediates the compromise to work together to resolve the radio interference problem frontal zone.

The area of ​​cooperation includes the defense and protection of the rights of the users of the public telecommunications services of the respective countries and the exchange of experiences and good practices in the camp of the TIC, as well as the reciprocity of experts, when created by the two entities.
