Dominican detainees near P. Rico with 20 million dollars in cocaine

The federal authorities in Puerto Rico detained three Dominicans, men and a woman, in possession of 1,052 pounds (477 kilograms) of cocaine, valued at 20 million dollars, and claimed to be introduced to the northeastern part of the island in one embarrassment.

According to information provided by the Guardia Costera Stadium in San Juan, in a press release, an aeronautical by the Aduanas Office and the Frontier Protection (CBP, in English) announced the passing of a 45-mile (83-kilometer) Aguascation , in the northeastern part of Puerto Rico.

During the consultation, CBP officials advised his colleagues at the Guardian Costera, sending his “Paul Clark” to Miami (EE.UU.) and his “MH-60” helicopter in San Juan to intensify the operation.

Similarly, a pair of Guardia Costera helicopters were sent to assist in the intervention.

However, there was a trip on board the “Jayhawk” helicopter of the Guardia Costera where the suspect was detained by the men and women.

Authorities said one of the three detainees was standing by the “MH-65 Dolphin” helicopter, installed at Borinquen Air Base, in Aguadilla, transporting a person to a hospital in Puerto Rico to receive medical assistance.

Mientras tanto, the tripulation of the “Paul Clark” embassy saw the discovery of 18 passengers with cocaine that weighed 1,052 pounds (477 kilos).

Dicha tripulación, a su vez, se hizo cargo de los otros dos detenidos.

During the detention, the Department of Justice of Puerto Rico, together with the Office of the Federal Tax Office in Iceland, worked on the charges against the detainees.

“The detention of illicit drug traffickers, as well as the passing of the Sabbath, were intrinsically painful and involved a great deal of skill and risk,” said the commander of the San Juan Guard Guard, Captain Gregory H. Mage.

Magee insures that these suspicious facilities represent “a great deal for the Caribbean”.

Equally, the professionalism of the parties involved in this operation, together with the federal and local security forces, will lead to the arrest of the three traffickers, and contribute to the protection of the inhabitants of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands of EE.UU.
