Jackson, the no. 3-player nationwide in the 247Sports Composite and no. 4 at 247Sports, said the opportunity to build something special at USC is too much to pass up.
“I really think with the class that USC signed this year and the players we can get in my class, we will have a team that can compete for a national championship,” Jackson said. ‘It’s always a dream to be able to play for a championship in your hometown and to help the local school get back on top.
