The Dolphins’ long offensive coordinator search resulted in two assistants being promoted to share the job.
Brian Flores, head coach of the Dolphins, reportedly announced that he had promoted the coach, Eric Studesville, and George Godsey, the coach of the Dolphins.
There is still no word on who one of them will name the plays.
The most important task for fellow offensive coordinators is to develop an offense around Tua Tagovailoa, the first round pick in 2020, who had such a year as a rookie full-back. The Dolphins have made it clear that they believe in Tagovailoa as their franchise quarterback of the future, and now we will see if there is an offense in Miami in which Tagovailoa can thrive.
