DMX believes in a serious condition after overdose

The life of hip-hop icon DMX hangs on the scales after the rapper had an overdose of drugs on Friday night.

According to TMZ, sources close to the artist ‘What’s My Name’ claim that the OD took place at 23:00. Sources added that the overdose then caused a heart attack.

DMX, 50, is currently in the critical care unit at a White Plains hospital where he is believed to be showing some brain activity. Another source told TMZ that the artist is currently in a “vegetative state” and doctors have warned that he may not pick it up.

The Ruff Ryders MC has long struggled with drug addiction, and last entered rehabilitation in October 2019.

The rapper claims his problems with addiction started when he was misled by his mentor to crack smoke at 14.

“I was in Yonkers. This guy, ‘Ready Ron,’ was like an older brother to me, ‘DMX told fellow hip-hop star Talib Kweli on his’ People’s Party’ podcast.

“He’s going to rap, and I’ll do the beatbox,” DMX said. “I loved this man like an older brother.”

One night after the duo ‘robbed’ one night, it was his birthday and we came back and split the money. I said, ‘Here you go, go get something nice for your birthday.’ Then he came back with a blunt rolled up roll, and I count the money[ed] the stump. ”

Holding back the tears, he continues: ‘I hit the stump and … I was no longer focused on the money. I’ve never felt this way before, it just woke me up. I later found out he had tied the stump with tear. Why would you do that to a child? He knew I was looking up to him. Why would you do that to someone who looks up to you? A monster was born. I would not do this to my greatest enemy. Especially to someone you supposedly love. ”

“The person I loved was a snake.”

A rep for DMX could not be immediately reached for comment.
