Because of the COFID-19 pandemic that hit the entertainment industry hard, some Disney executives got their annual revenue big hits.
CEO Bob Iger, who has since been replaced by Bob Chapek, earned just over $ 21 million in 2020. While it may seem like a lot to most people, it’s less than half the $ 47.5 million in earnings earned in 2019.

Bob Chapek earned less than Iger, with $ 14 million in earnings for the 2020 financial year. Both executives reduced salaries during this year of financial crisis. There is no previous income information for Chapek as he was promoted to the post in February last year.
This announcement comes after a surprising Q4 earnings report, with the company’s revenue of $ 14 billion. The original document showing the merits for Iger and Chapek can be seen here.
