The DJ and record producer, also known as Thomas Wesley Pentz, listed a white accommodation with views of Los Angeles and the Hollywood sign! – for $ 2.695 million with agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty, PEOPLE can confirm.
The property with four bedrooms and five bathrooms offers an indoor area of 2524 square feet, plus numerous outdoor terraces and gathering areas that fit into the 0.08 acre lot. According to the list, the Beachwood Canyon home is ideal for a workplace. The photos contain various rooms furnished as a recording studio, lounge and yoga room. There is also an outdoor meditation area.
