Rumors that Dale Moss cheated on former ‘Bachelorette’ Clare Crawley with a ‘mystery woman’ named Eleonora Srugo have been circulating all over the internet this week.
While Srugo vehemently denied ever being romantically involved or dating the former NFL pro, a photo taken in early November in Cipriani Downtown sparked speculation that the couple were more than friends.
Sources close to Srugo, however, exclusively told Page Six on Friday that she only met Moss (32) at the Manhattan hotspot and was actually on an appointment herself.
“The references for a dinner at Cipriani’s are false,” her representative, Ronn Torossian, told us. ‘Me. Srugo was with a guy and a group of friends she saw at Cipriani. This is just not true. ”
Her publicity added that the Douglas Elliman realtor “is focused on her real estate career” and that she never met Dale and [they] never dated. She was there with someone she was dating at the time. ”
E! News reported earlier that the outing “definitely looked like a date” and “Dale looked very smiley and happy with her. They laughed and flirted.”
However, a source told Page Six that Srugo was sitting at another table that night and was not one of the women next to Moss in the photo distributed online. We are told that the woman sitting directly next to Crawley’s former fiancée is model Brooks Nader, who is married to Billy Haire.
Earlier in the day, paparazzi took photos of Moss, Nader and Rachel Hilbert grabbing lunch in New York and attending a Hugo Boss event. It appears that the group went for a drink in Cipriani Downtown, where Moss accidentally ran into Moss Srugo.
“You do not go to Cipriani if you cheat,” said a source. “You go there to be seen.”
We are told that Moss and Srugo just greeted each other quickly and said goodbye.
Torossian told us earlier, ‘They’ve never been romantically involved in any way. Eleonora was excited for his engagement and wished him all the best. ”
Meanwhile, Crawley and Moss did not comment on the alleged fraud scandal.
The former couple has announced that they are splitting up after a five-month engagement and a whirlwind romance.
Moss wrote in a statement on the split: ‘We appreciate the love and support we have received from so many people, but it is the healthiest decision for both of us at the moment. We only hope for the best things for each other. ”
Crawley then appeared blinded by Moss’ “mutual” statement and wrote on Instagram: “The truth is I was crushed.”
On season 16 of ‘The Bachelorette’, Crawley and Moss became engaged after a few weeks.
Reps to Moss and Crawley did not immediately return our requests for comment.
