Video games voice actor Brad Venable died.
The news was spread on social media by co-actor Darrel J Delfin, who, with the permission of his wife, paid tribute to their peer. on Twitter. Venable passed away at the age of 43; no cause of death was revealed at the time of writing.
During his career, Venable worked on a number of major video game projects, including Devil May Cry 5, where he voiced V’s familiar Griffon and Nightmare, as well as Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Shenmue 3, 2020’s Demon’s Souls remake, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Serious Sam 4. These are also the roles he has played in anime shows, such as Dragon Ball Super, Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia.

Voice Acting Veterinarian Terry Daniel also posted, with the words: ‘Very sad that I lost one of the most beautiful and rewarding talents in the voice business. Brad Venable was a darling of a man and would help you with anything you need. Ridiculously talented and a real treasure. RIP Brad. I will miss our chats. ”
