The allegations against NFL superstar Deshaun Watson pile on … a third female masseuse has filed a lawsuit against the QB, alleging that he forced her to have oral sex during a December 2020 meeting.
The woman, who filed her case under the pseudonym Jane Doe to protect her identity, Watson claims to have reached out to Instagram to set up a session.
The woman says the two agreed on a date at 10 a.m. on December 28, 2020, in an office building in Houston, Texas.
Jane Doe – who claims she was just engaged and just graduated from chiropractic school – says her mother dropped her off at work, and then she met Watson … and then she claims that things immediately get weird.
The woman says Watson insisted she focus on massaging his ‘inner thighs’ and ‘inner gluten’ – while repeatedly telling her he was a professional footballer.
She claims Watson ‘became more aggressive’ and eventually ‘forced’ [Jane Doe] to move her mouth to his penis, forcing [Jane Doe] to perform oral sex on him. ‘
The woman claims that she never consented to the act of sex … and actually disappeared from the fear for a few minutes. ‘
In her suit, the woman claims that she was so terrified, that she defecated herself.
The woman says Watson got up, got dressed and left as if nothing had happened.
The woman is suing for sexual assault, civil assault and intentional inflection of emotional distress.
This is the third lawsuit against Watson Tony Buzbee … who claims that there are at least 3 other women who will take legal action against the Houston Texans player.
Watson was not arrested and is not being prosecuted for a crime either … and has wholeheartedly denied any wrongdoing and insisted that Buzbee only try to record an unfounded payday for the women.
The other two lawsuits previously filed against Watson contains similar allegations – with two massage therapists alleging sexual misconduct against the QB during massage sessions launched on social media.
