Representatives of the Democrats agree that President Donald Trump’s urges an urgent turmoil to invade Congress on January 6 to interrupt a Pacific power transfer, by which the Senate should be guilty and politically incompetent.
This vote suggests that the Senate is likely to overthrow Trump because Democrats will not meet 17 Republican votes to raise the required thirds.
“The Senate must clearly state that all the followers that a president provokes violence against the United States governor with an intention to reverse the results of an election will be justified,” the Democrats wrote.
“(The President) summoned to a multitude in Washington, the exhorto has the frenzy and the direction as if a caravan was driven by the Pennsylvania avenue”, the Democrats explain in reference to the event that took place in the avalanches of the White House which are some of the Capitol’s squares in the avenue of the capital’s center.
“The intent of an animated sentence reads in the future to retain the power of any medium, and suggests that there are no limits to a president,” he said.
The document, the first ebony of the arguments that Democrats present during the trial, also refutes the idea that Trump’s comments differed on the right to freedom of expression.
The lawyers defending the Trump rule also present their allegations this March.
One of them, David Schoen, said in a statement to Fox News on Monday that he had heard that the Constitution violated the Constitution and that the intentions to politically disqualify him were anti-democratic.
