Publisher and developer Glowstick Entertainment has announced Quiet hill chapter downloadable content for multiple horror party game Dark deception: monsters and mortals. It will be launched in February.
Dark deception: monsters and mortals first released for PC via Steam in November 2020. The first downloadable content, a chapter in collaboration with the horror game Monstrum, followed in December.

Dark deception: monsters and mortals is a multiple horror game where players play the role of monsters and mortals of the Dark deception universe (and others) and fight each other in nightmare mazes. Some mazes will look familiar Dark deception fans, but many will be brand new! Samples and mortals has several game modes to play with your friends:
- Maze escapes (three against one) – Three mortals must collect the required number of shards to summon and escape the portal, while a monster tries to stop or kill them before the time expires.
- Shard Mayhem – Samples only. Four players compete against each other to collect the most shards for free in the allotted time. Shards spawn in waves and can be stolen from other players by attacking or killing them.
- Soul Collection – Four mortals compete to save shards around their own souls. At the end of each shard wave, Malak will catch the player with the least shards and take their soul. They will become a monster and must hunt down the remaining mortal survivors. Eventually only one mortal will win the right to preserve their soul.
